They missed the delivery by a day (I still had to pay my workers) and then charged me almost double the quoted cost after saying I went over the tonnage limit without any receipts or proof.Hard to get a hold of Brad, if he even decides to pick up the phone.Absolutely awful, scummy company. Do not use, use literally anyone else.Update: I see the long response posted. I’d like to add that what was “marketed” was very different than what was added in to the contract. In the future, be sure to know that when Brad stresses that a 10 ton container is yours to fill up, he really means you can only use 1/3rd of it and the rest you’ll be charged double. Again: scummy company. Don’t use!
